This site does not collect patient information
Our website is for orthodontic practice owners and staff. Please do not submit any patient information through this site. Our forms contain no free-text fields about patients.
What we collect
- Calculator: your work email, optionally your mobile number, the practice-level numbers you enter (exams per year, non-start rate, case value, recovery rate), and your texting-consent choice.
- Booking: the details you enter in our scheduler: name, practice name, email, phone, number of locations, practice-management software and current follow-up method.
- Consent record: when you submit a form, the time, whether the texting box was checked, the version of the consent text, and the page you were on.
- Attribution: the campaign parameters (UTM tags, gclid) and landing page from your first visit, kept in your browser session and sent with your form.
- Analytics: aggregate, cookie-free page statistics.

- Cal.com for scheduling.
- HubSpot to store leads and contact you.
- Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics, with no session replay and no ad pixels.
- Cloudflare to host this website.
How we use it
To deliver your calculator breakdown, schedule and hold your Pending-List Review, and contact you by email and phone about it. We send marketing texts only if you check the texting-consent box.
Consent and opt-out
Texting consent is optional and never a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You can also email hello@citrine.example.
Retention
We keep lead and consent records for as long as we have a business relationship with you, and consent records for as long as the law requires. Ask us to delete your information at any time.
